We are a respected sales agency that has been in business since 1992. We are the exclusive representatives for manufacturers in the Gift and Home Decor industry in our territories. We don’t have our own showroom; however, we participate in the January and July Atlanta Gift & Home Market, the April and October High Point market, and any other shows that our manufacturers ask us to attend and work their showrooms. We have an established base of business that we ask you to grow. We keep our line package small, so you can focus on our quality lines. You have unlimited income potential based on your efforts. We know our reps are the most important component of our cooperative business and are here to work together to grow our business.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
- Experience 2-3 years in outside sales (gift/home decor industry preferred).
- A self-motivated individual who works well independently from a home-based office and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- A commission-minded individual who wants to determine how much they are worth and earn it through our rewarding commission structure (#1099 contractor).
- A passion for selling & positive attitude and personality.
- Understanding of retail environment and will get out on the road to meet with customers.
- Good communication skills (listening to customer’s needs and explaining features and benefits of products) with relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple lines, open new accounts, and maintain/build on existing accounts.
